"**** Edit (Reply to Owner): I appreciate your response. However I've been made to feel really unwelcome at your salon. Despite taking out time out of my busy 9-5 work to accommodate to your schedule and workload, having to come in multiple times and still being spoken to rudely is just unacceptable. My feedback would be to please listen to the concerns of customers if they're not happy with something and genuinely try to fix it. I've had to go to other salons to request them to fix the lashes and pay extra charge. You don't even provide a refund for a poorly done job. Second feedback would be to give customers enough time and really make sure they're happy with the service instead of just rushing them out. Its literally the bare minimum to let the customer see final results and make sure they're comfortable instead of taking another client in straightaway. If you guys are so busy either hire more staff or take bookings. Sorry but I won't be returning. ***** I will recommend them for nails but not at all for other beauty services. The wax job was rough, rushed and patchy. I've had to go home and fix it myself. But the worst experience which prompted me to write this review was eye lash extensions. Right after the application, I'd let the technician know that the lashes felt uncomfortable and were poking me in the corners of the eye. She proceeded to say "it'll take 2 days for you to get used to the feeling" when there's no feeling to get used to? Lash extensions when applied properly should feel natural! Nonetheless, this wasn't even my first time getting extensions so I know how they're supposed to feel. Despite highlighting the issue and the areas which felt uncomfy, she was unsuccessful in fixing it. Morever, they don't even have a mirror inside the room. To check the work, you have to go outside the room near the sink area, and in the meanwhile they take another client inside without even checking with you if you're happy with the work! I went back the next day since i noticed some lashes were glued too close to my lash line and was giving me a really bad headache.This time I made sure to explain to her properly what the exact issue is. As you can see in the 'before' picture the blue highlighted areas were too close to the lash line. My requirements were pretty straightforward "fix those two areas and keep the same natural look". Despite mentioning it to her multiple times that i liked the natural look, she was insistent on giving me more voluminous look. She asked me to leave it to her and that has understood what I need. As you can see in the "after" picture, the left eye has more volume and in the right eye - the outer corner looks more dense. There is no evenness between the two eyes in terms of volume. Not only that, the main issue of those lashes being too close to the eye wasn't fixed at all! During the application i told her again and again i can still feel them poking, "Are you absolutely sure you have removed it and can I check it in the mirror", to which she responded - "you are wasting my time, going on talking and talking. I am very busy and have clients waiting, let me do my work". Its absolutely horrible customer service and the final result is not what I'd asked for at all. When I asked her if she can take them off completely, I was told they have no refund policy and that I'd have to pay extra 30 for the removal. Safe to say I'm never going back. In my personal opinion, she is inexperienced and lacks the skills. Nails wise - their luxury pedicure is good. Limited shade range for shellac. Pretty much all neighbouring salons will give you a better service. Save your money."
