"The reception staff were great. Had help getting a takeaway pizza & moving my luggage in the morning as I had to go to Glenferrie Private Hospital for surgery. Bed & room very comfortable. Surprised how quiet on such a busy road. Thankyou. Will definitely stay again next time I need to stay in Melbourne."

"I stayed here a few weeks ago and unfortunately there was a mistake with the booking which was discovered on arrival. They were fully booked and while reception could not fully rectify the issue on the day they were extremely apologetic and professional. The following day I received an email apologising for the mistake and automatically refunding a portion of the accommodation as a way of saying sorry and offering a drink on my next stay. Well today I arrived to find myself upgraded to a better room and a couple of cold beers in the fridge as promised. Ultimately mistakes happen, but they owned it and apologised and went over and above to make up for it. Thank you."
"Reasonably modern hotel. Rooms are decent size and somewhat clean. Bathroom had a few patches of mould in the shower. Bed mattress was worn, sagging in sleeping areas on both sides, not very comfortable. Limited information at checkin, was not aware cafe had a partnership with hotel. Certainly areas for improvement and investment."
"Extremely polite and helpful reception staff. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was sooooo comfy that sleep came easy. Tea, coffee and cooking facilities were adequate. The only negative was that we couldn't get good reception for some of the TV channels."
