"As a staff member who works in Chatswood Chase i am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tamon today. I buy sushi from tamon regularly and today decided to buy the salmon box for $9.80. Upon sitting down to eat, I found that the lemon slice was old and discolored, and it had also cooked the salmon beneath it, suggesting it has been sitting there for longer than ideal. The staff were not interested in helping or did not see the issue and did not refund or swap. Mistakes happen, but they did nothing to try to keep me as a returning customer. I will not be going back."
