"Awful service. Insisted my appointment was at 12.45 when I clearly had a confirmation text and email for 12.00. Then starts nails and wanders off to do something else, have a chat, grabs something to eat. Tells me my nails are to old and need a new set. Proceeds to do so. They are shaped awful and unveven and they are lumpy.. and charged me wrong! But I guess thats why they had 20% off. Will never return."

"I've been coming to this nail salon for around 2 years. I always found them to be great, they took their time, chatted to you, and always made your nails look lovely. Recently I've found them to be very slack, I always book my appointment for 9.30 when they open but the last few times I've been, I've arrived well before they have. They seem to have one staff member on and the rest seem to roll in around 9.45 leaving 2-3 customers unattended until this time. They then all hang around putting their things away and chatting and before you know it it's been another 5 minutes of just sitting there. I haven't been particularly happy with my nails the last few times either, they seem to be in a rush. I only keep going back because it's so close to home. Think I'll be finding somewhere else to go from now on, which is pretty sad, because you're losing long term customers due to carelessness."

"They definitely don't look after their customers. Clearly, money is what's matter most. I had my nails done and less then 24h all gone! Before I leave I said I didn't like it but they just said it's what it's. I came back after 24h to complain and ask if the nail polish is like that and they said I should have done shellac for something lasts more than a week what's a joke cause I always made my nails with normal polish and it last at least 5 days. The woman who attended me said I should look for another salon. Don't go there. I'll never come back."
