"About 4 weeks ago I had a facial at Lush and unfortunately had a reaction to a product used. I have had many facials at Lush and never reacted previously. When I spoke to the girls to let them know, they were obviously concerned, followed up with me a few days after and offered me a complimentary service when my skin had calmed down. The professionalism shown by Alycia (the Manager) and all the girls is of such a high standard. Today I went in for a (different) facial and this was performed by Adrianna. This was one of the nicest facials I've had, including a hand/arm and head massage. I left feeling great and my skin feels lovely. Thanks for rectifying what was an unpleasant experience after my bad reaction."
