Our beloved truck, affectionately known as Big Bertha, houses a 1.2m woodfire oven imported from Italy and hand-built inside the truck. It's a sight that could even have George Clooney swooning. Fully contained, Big Bertha can handle any weather Mother Nature throws at her. Having been around from the beginning of the Melbourne food truck revolution, she's fully equipped to handle any event.
If you have your heart set on Big Bertha catering your event, there may be an additional charge. Please let us know in your enquiry, otherwise our sweet new pizza trailer may be baking the pizza at your event! Both our Pizza trucks, Big Bertha and her brother/sister, will equally do an amazing job at your Pizza party!
Our aim is to make simple food, and we believe that comes from sourcing the freshest ingredients. We do this by getting to know our grocers and sourcing locally wherever possible. We treat their harvest with the utmost respect, ensuring that our pizzas are made with the highest quality ingredients.
