"People have given this Chemist a bad wrap because THEY are idiots who have no idea how to use thier own technology. I'm NOT a one time reviewer, I am a local. And I'm honest to the point of bluntness and arrogance. If this place was bad, I'd say so. But it's NOT! It's better than Priceline and the other BIG pharmacies by far. You people are just ungrateful gits who have no idea how to order online. Not the chemists fault your a dunderhead. But for anyone considering going here, YOU WILL BE HAPPY. The service is quick, honest and makes going to the chemist easy for me, cos I usually hate it. But here, I'm fine. So ignore the intellectual midgets negative reviews, and go in and see for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised."
"Our family have been going to The Pharmacy for many years. They know us and are very proactive, contacting our treating doctors if necessary. We have had all our recent Covid and flu vaccinations here too with no line ups and just easy. Great for infants needs if you have them (not us anymore!) and the very best of pharmaceutical needs."
"Don't order from there!!!!! They lost my online order, i never received a confirmation email, nothing. I have now been emailing and calling them, They are hardly responsive. I ordered in may, it's now almost July and I have not received my item!!!!! They are unapologetic, they couldn't care less. Slow to reply to emails, no actual apology or even a update. Called them a few times, no real answer to when. If you havenβt got stock, update your website! Or actually get hold of people and give them a refund asap. Please send my items!!!!!!!!! "If I could minus. I would. I can see why the rating is so low. Majority of the positive feedback seems like it may be an acquaintance or someone trying to help boost their ratings, and coincidentally some happen to have only one review and it is from this shop which does not make sense at all. They do not respond to your enquiries. They do not pick up their phone. This place seems to ignore their customers concerns and issues. I have tried contacting them via different platforms and nothing. Under the Australian Consumer Law Rights it should not be excluded for all items that are sold. It is warranty under the guarantees. They have neglected their job and responsibility. False advertising on their site stating, items are shipped within 1-2 from their warehouse. It has been 2 weeks. No updates and no responses via all platforms. I will take this matter further should I not hear back from them."
"JUNE 2020 UPDATE: A couple weeks ago I went to The Pharmacy retail store and returned the order in person. After telling them the details of my experience (see original review below), they did end up processing my refund on the spot. This does not change the fact that their customer service was non-existent for customers who purchased online (like myself) and the way in which they handled the order was unacceptable but I feel it is only fair to acknowledge that they DO refund you, if you manage to get a hold of them. βββββββββββββββββββββ- ORDER #100107180 My first time buying from this online store and unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I understand we're going through difficult times due to Covid-19 and the demands for hand sanitisers and antibacterial wipes have been unprecedented but the way you handle business and customer service is not acceptable. I placed an order for Aqium hand sanitisers, Milton and Pigeon antibacterial wipes as well as prenatal vitamin on March 4th. At the time of order, your website stated that hand sanitiser pre-order will be available END OF MARCH 2020. Some of the items I ordered were actually in stock but none was delivered so I assumed they will all be delivered together once all items are in stock. I tried to call your online customer service line multiple times in April when there was no news of my order being dispatched and each time was on hold for so long that I simply had to give up. Fast forward to beginning of May, still no delivery. On May 2nd I sent a refund request through your online contact form because I had waited over a month past the advertised expected date already. I received a Ticket ID then but also no response. Ticket ID: DBZ-74955. On May 12th, I received an email notifying me that my order has been shipped. I could not help but wonder if the store actually received my request but chose to ignore it ?. Anyway I thought fine, if the order has been shipped (tracking provided) then I won't bother with the refund anymore even though I have already sourced these products elsewhere during the long wait. That same day I checked the tracking and it showed collection has been booked. Over a week later (21/5), I checked the tracking again and still awaiting for collection. At this point, I sent through another refund request via your contact form, again NO RESPONSE. No ticket ID was generated this time. 2 days ago, I got a delivery notification and I was shocked when I opened the box to find not only the quantity of items I received were incorrect with some missing, they were also NOT the brand I ordered. At no point did The Pharmacy contact me to ask if it was ok to swap for another brand and I also received absolutely no customer service response from start to end. Even if you had suspended your EASY returns policy since March 1st, considering that you failed to deliver within the promised time frame as well as providing products that I DID NOT order (same type of product, different brand is still wrong) without consulting me first, you should have been more proactive and contact me earlier to offer an option for refund. I do not wish to escalate this further so please contact me to discuss this. I live in Sydney and if I receive no response, I will have no choice but to go to your warehouse in person to return this order."
