"Lovely owner spent 30 minutes talking about how to help with my cold water fish algae. There was no one else in shop but still I was pretty amazed by her service and had to write a review. She also didn’t try and push any expensive solutions and probably would have spent another half an hour if I wasn’t exhausted at learning all this stuff I didn’t about my cold water fish. Had to get on and give 5 stars."

"Illegally changing EXPIRY date on pet shampoo! I understand small businesses are trying to bounce back after Covid but this is highly illegal and misleading to your customers. Upon purchasing their cat shampoo, I realised that the expiry date was 2022, I asked the a owner who was ‘happy’ to give me another more expensive one, on closer inspection, the owners had written over the “1” in 2021 to 2024. Once confronted the owner was quick to refund my money and laughed nervously. Even worse, the ENTIRE pet shampoo range was expired in 2022 at the latest, and she refilled the expired bottle back into the shelf after I was walking out. Obviously doesn’t care."
"Came here to get dog food and left with a fish tank with a syngonium on top! I wasn’t pressured to buy it, i got curious about the hydroponic plant/aquarium and Deepika was enthusiastic and so passionate about it that I couldn’t not support her. It makes such a beautiful gift and i cannot wait to buy more! I think i’m going to try and buy pet supplies here whenever i can instead of other places simply because its family owned, friendly, and had great prices. Thank you again, Deepika for your amazing customer service and friendly nature. May you have an amazing holiday season and a happy and peaceful new year!"

All pet supplies including fish. Highly recommended. We still have an upside down catfish we bought from here 10 years ago. Deepeka runs a first rate pet store, her advice has always been excellent."
