"Stayed here in 2016 and had a great room. This time stay did not go well. Room was tired and dirty. Very dusty and bathrooms were a bit grim. Bedroom shades had huge gaps, so got woken at crack of dawn. There was no access to the pool or gym."

"the guy was very nice when we first got there and walked us up to our room. we were promised 19th floor apartment and got a room on the 2nd floor. our room was disgusting. benches were not wiped, windows were dirty, shower had mould in it, the drain in the sink had left over food in it, the kettle had not been wiped, tv had fingerprints on it, carpet was stained, walls were in terrible condition, i could go on. looked like the place hadn't been clean since the last person had been there. good location but that's about it, overpriced for the disgusting room we got. would NOT recommend."
