"The women who work here aren’t very smart. Yesterday I formally booked a 3:30pm appointment over the phone it was confirmed. I walked in at 3:25 pm the response “come back in an hour”? For real. That’s very unprofessional and plain rude and in-fact stupid! Three years I was a regular client so was my mum we both live locally. They always always over book themselves. Don’t they have time management skills? Today I called and gave a piece of my mind to the owner of the salon khaly. People reading this do yourself a favour and go elsewhere spend your money at another nail salon that is professional and provides actual customer service and can work in a timely manner. I made it clear on the phone when I complained that they have LOST me and my mum as regular paying customers!!!! If they persist to overbook themselves and treat customers like this they will indeed lose more business….. khaly exercise your common sense you are suppose to be a business owner."

"Got my nails done here for the first time and they have never looked better! I've gone to 5+ nail salons and never had my nails come out this well. The shaping, the color, everything was great! The nail tech suggested trying sns instead of my usual acrylics, and it came out fantastic (Edited to add more photos of nails they've given me. I've now been going over a year and never left disappointed)"

"I went this morning with my 2 children who were very excited to get their nails painted for Christmas. Unfortunately, they were not treated like everyone else. They rushed filing and painting their nails quickly and made them sit on the couch waiting for me to finish. When I asked for them to be fixed the lady again quickly painted them whilst sitting on the couch. When I asked for clear nail polish to be applied, I was told they had already applied it when I clearly saw they didn't. I was charged $30 and the nail polish was smudged before we made it to the car. My girls were very upset and their first nail experience was a disaster. Very bad customer service."
