"Pathetic service. I went for full body wax after booking it 1 week in advance and turns out, the person who took the booking, doesn’t understand English well enough to know what to book and when to book it. They made me wait for more than an hour and then took me in the room for my services. Now this room doesn’t even have a fan in this hot summer weather and waxing requires the room to be cold so the person doesn’t sweat. They did not acknowledge this fact and blamed me and said I came with an oily body that is why wax can not be done properly. Left a lot of spots and peeled my skin off from a lot of places. Left my work half way saying that we can not proceed further as it is our closing time and hair are not coming off.. took them 2 hours to only do my full legs and Brazilian with lots of hair left. They made me feel embarrassed by making faces and talking to each other about me in a very rude way. The person giving me services called another worker in the room without informing me to show her that she can not do rest of the wax was cherry on top. I am never going back there after being treated this way."
