"I used to work here and I can confirm all the negativity which is why I left. I have seen cockroaches and bugs in the ice dispenser, the management only putting half the amount of shots/syrups needed for the drinks and me being in trouble for putting the right amount of shots and syrups, the eggs benedict not cooked fresh, and coffee shots being stored for the next day (ew). Management was often rude to the customers and sometimes I’d be forced to say things I didn’t want to say to the customers. I left after one month. Pay was minimum wage too."

"Ordered pancakes and big breakfast. The pancakes were frozen and even the berrys as well. The English breakfast had uncooked salad. It was the worst that we have been to so far"

"Have been coming here often over the years, unsure if they’ve had a change in management but the place has definitely gone down hill. Recent visit this weekend.. Food wasn’t hot, chips came out almost cold for my sisters burger. Ordered the big breakfast, bacon was extremely over cooked & so hard to chew. Had literal birds at our feet whilst eating lol! It’s seen better days that’s for sure."

"What a disappointment…! Ordered our breakfast, food arrived fairly fast which was great (having two kids), but all went downhill from there. My smashed avo side (per the menu) was thick cold slices of avocado. Our coffee, hot chocolate and kids baby cino didn’t arrive. People who arrived well after us were served all their food and drinks. When I asked the waiter, was told the slip didn’t go to barista… no apology, nothing. I was asked if we wanted them takeaway, in which I said no. Drinks arrived, mine in a takeaway cup… no apology still. I stated that this was disappointing. The waiter said “I just arrived so not sure”. We finished and went to leave and as we walked past the counter, no acknowledgment whatsoever. I asked for the manager and it turns out its the waitress that “just arrived”. I stated that we were very disappointed with our experience and she replied with “oh, so the food was not good?” with attitude. I said, well the food wasn’t right and our coffees were also late and wrong. I also paid for a latte with extra shot and all I tasted was milk. I stated I paid for smashed avocado side and she began to debate with me and say the menu has changed and it is now sliced avocado. She grabbed the menu and pointed to it to realise it stayed smashed avocado. Still no apology and more attitude with a very smug look on her face. I told her this is disgusting service and I will never be back. Again, more smug looks on my way out. Do not go here unless you expect to be disappointed…. Spend your money elsewhere!"
