"Ordered delivery, got a notification saying it was delivered and it wasn’t. Rang them and the blamed technical difficulties and would be 10 minutes. Gave them 20 minutes and they turned up, rang me and told me to meet them at the car. Lady didn’t want to get wet (It was raining) and passed me the food through her drivers window. Will never order from here again."
"This is a disgusting place and the staff are more then disrespectful, unbelievably rude, lack of interest in helping customers. To hang up on a customer who is just checking up on the proces of their order is childish. I feel sorry for the innocent employees who are having to put up with this poor management. 1 star is being super generous."
"Terrible experience. Placed order online and then no order received for almost an hour! Decided to call the store and was initially told the order was to be delivered in two minutes. Called again after 10 minutes and was told they never received the order, couldn’t understand our address and even after showing proof of payment, did not deliver because it was by this time too close to closing. Asked if we can just pick up the order and was told no! Was told to apply for a refund! What a horrific experience. Will NEVER order from here again!"
"Tried this place as the regular place we used was closed. Amazing pizzas, the toppings are generous, well distributed and the thin and crispy bases are amazing. Other places thin and crispy bases can get very oily and soggy, but these have been great. Have had 3 deliveries with no issues through the pizza hut site."
