"Filthy. Not properly cleaned. The place is quite new, fit out is modern but not dusty, oily, and floor hasn't been moped for some time. There's no lift, only staircases, if you have 20kg suitcases, I don't recommend staying here."
"If you want disappointment this is the place.dirty floors slime in the shower food left in cupboard When I finally got onto the manager explaining we had a ground floor room because of my wife being disabled she didn't want to know about it only interested in the $. Totally disappointed never again"
"Room was nice enough however it’s very poorly ran. After doing their annoying pre check in stuff on their app I still had to message them to get sent our room access code, and after booking late check out we tried to access our room to which we couldn’t and had to contact them to get sent a new access code again (when they actually picked up the phone)"
"Seamless and great reservation and check in process. If you want something organised efficiently then this is the place to be. Please is very modern, bright and new. If you are looking for a great location, service , privacy this is the place to be. Clean beds, polished floors, equipped kitchen, space is bright! "Nice place but poor service ruined the experience. After competing a late booking we then had to spend 40 min at 10pm trying to check in (they were supposed to send us a code but couldn’t because an online form was not working). The person on the phone had no authority to do anything and could not contact the property manager. Once we eventually got in there was no soap in the bottles in the shower…"
