"Terrible excuse for sushi. I ordered 2 salmon and avo sushi rolls. More like a rice roll with a piece of salmon near the top to make it look good and a smear of avocado. I also ordered salmon nigiri.... If I held up the scrap of salmon from on top of it I could read a book through it! Never again. Expensive way to purchase cooked rice."
"The sushi is gross. I got it made fresh and it still tasted horrible. It was literally 90 percent unpleasant rice with one ridiculously small sliver of cucumber and some ‘chicken’ which was way over cooked and just seemed like pure deep fried batter. The ‘chicken was only in the middle of the roll so you had to eat plain rice sushi to get to it. I’ve never had worse sushi than this and I’ve had some bad sushi. Don’t do it! Edit: (In reply to the shop owners response..) Sorry but there is no explaining this away. I’ve eaten hundreds of amazing sushi rolls and I am aware how the rice is supposed to taste. The fact is, the service in your shop is some of the worst I’ve experienced, and the food is easily the worst Japanese cuisine I’ve had. By far. You need to hire yourself a business consultant or a new manager with good experience if you have any hopes of improving. You would have so much business at kings Langley shops if you actually made quality food!"
"This is an absolutely disgusting place. I ordered curry pork katchu lunch box and ramen through Uber eats. As soon as I opened the box what I saw meant to be curry was something looks like food waste which tastes exactly like. And the pork tasted like rotten fish. Ramen tastes like hot water noodle with some torched meat on top but then they torched it up too way much to hide the condition of their meat still can feel it’s gone off. I don’t even know how they have got 4.7 rating on Uber Eats. They need to shut down their business for sure"
"Far below mediocre. Service: I went into the shop and looked at some options that were on display before making a decision. They initially asked me what I wanted to order and I replied saying I needed some time to decide. Whilst there were other customers waiting in line (I wasn't in line because I wasn't ready to order yet) they kept coming back to me asking if I had decided yet. Food: Subpar quality, not even fresh, rolls were falling apart as soon as I took them out of the container, and found a bone in my very first roll (I put the bone on top of one of the rolls in the picture)."
