"I asked to speak to the manager or owner prior to writing this review but they declined. So here’s my feedback. If you’re looking to get completely ripped off order from here. Bought their coupla pack yesterday which is 2 flake ($3) extra, 2 potato cakes, chips and 4 calamari rings. This equaled $50. When the order was received we had one flake cut in half one half grilled the other battered. After further researching their prices they charge $13 for a full price of flake Which x 2 is $26. Chips x 1 is $10 Potato cakes x 2 is $5 Calamari rings x 4 is $8 Total cost would’ve been $49 if I had of ordered individually and I would’ve received 2 fillets of flake instead of 1 cut in half. It’s a genius marketing idea making people think you’re getting a deal buying a pack, but if you look closely it’s a scam. The food quality was also disgusting and Uber actually refunded my money. I tried to contact the store and left my name and phone number for the manager to call me back to discuss and resolve the issue, but they have obviously declined hence the review. You need to do better and stop overcharging and ripping innocent people off who are just looking for some lunch/dinner. You will always get caught out. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more reviews like mine, but unfortunately people order from Uber without knowing the actual rating of this business."
