"Great store on the edge of Chadstone complex, making taking your pet there feel a little less awkward, but you need to get a park nearby. Which in itself can be an issue, and a really quite frustrating one, whenever I've been there - weekday or weekend - but the store is well worth it. Perfectly gentle and caring with my dog, a perfect haircut every time. Great toys and treats in store and generally good value. The staff are fantastic and I can't recommend it enough, based on that alone. Thanks to the team, I love your work."

The grooming service was a full groom, nail clipping and tidy up, as well as an added bonus, a bath. He came out looking stunning and cute as ever, the groom was great and the groomers were highly professional as well as friendly and sweet to my dog. The grooming services are highly recommended"
