"Been a loyal customer for many years - hav 3 pets so spend a lot BUT NOW LOOKING TO CHANGE. When I receive deliveries, often there are things missing due to no stock. The really bad thing though is that, after delivery, I get a notification that the full order has been delivered. So, I am NOT notified of this at point of order, AFTER I HAVE ORDER CONFIRMATION, OR AFTER DELIVERY, so I'm in the dark as to if there was an error, or if not then when balance will be delivered. THIS HAPPENS OFTEN, and again now today. I have given them this feedback before but nothing changes."

"I reckon the true test of great customer service is how companies respond when things go wrong. I have used Pet Circle for a number of years and ordered a large bag of pet food for our dog. While it always arrives pretty quickly (which is great), this time the bag was split and some of the contents had spilled out. I contacted them by email (with a photo of the split bag) and within 30 minutes they had contacted me back by email and a phone call to apologise and offer me several options to refund or replace the whole bag. I chose a store credit because with that sort of service I'm confident I'll keep buying from them, knowing that if things occasionally go wrong, I'll be well looked after. Terrific response by this business - thank you!"

"Customer service is quick, excellent and they solve whatever issues you have promptly. Last time I had a problem with the website, was because my lack of technical skills but the service team was great at helping me find what I needed and showed me how to navigate their website. "This company was so great to deal with. I had some treatment on auto renew. Unfortunately my much loved dog passed away, but I forgot about the auto renewal until I had the package delivered. I emailed Pet Circle to see if I could return, and not only did they make it so easy to deal with for a refund - they suggested I donate the product to a rescue or shelter organisation, and not to worry about the return ❤️ A couple of weeks later, a hand written condolences card was in the mail from Pet Circle team. I didn’t expect anything other than a simple post back and refund - since it was my error forgetting about the renewal - but the company really went above and beyond. For future pet needs, I will definitely order through Pet Circle, as their customer service is exemplary."

"You need consistent delivery times. I am in Sydney Metro not far from Eastern Creek. Sometimes I can order Sunday and amazingly get next day. Then sometimes order Sunday expecting in a few business days as per the email received to not get for well over a week. You need to sort out your delivery times as I can no longer rely on you for our animals feed due to me running out. Also have had issues with not receiving full order despite you thinking it has been delivered."
