La Porchetta Restaurant Niddrie

"A good family Restaurant where you can indulge in a Variety of italian dishes which have made La Porchetta known and famous for. The service staff is very attentive and friendly. This time the rating goes down from 5 Stars to 3 stars, based on the fact that two Dishes were Delicious and other two being a pasta and a pizza weren't up to standards enjoyed on previous visits. The pasta was very bland and the large pizza was more dough than filling, a disappointment as it was more or less a small pizza disguised as a large pizza. I compared todays pizza with previous posted pizza pics and the difference is obvious. Save to say, this is a critical review as a means to provide some feedback for a positive outcome."

"The pasta dish had raw egg chunks in it The tiramisu was 10% cake, and 90% cream, and the small piece of cake that was in. There was very bitter and literally dripping with coffee liquid. One mouthful and it went in the bin. It is the most disgusting thing I have eaten in years To say, I’m very disappointed is an understatement. I was really looking forward to both products and usually going with a large name. I would assume the quality would be so much better. If I could write this -5 stars I would."

"After a mix up with our booking the manager organised a table for us on the lower floor as my mum is unable to get up the stairs, very much appreciated and felt like a valued customer, we had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch, thank you…. It’s ok to have pineapple on your pizza"

"There are no words that could describe the service, professionalism that we received from Francesca Fabio & the team for my 50th event. The food was amazing the staff were friendly & accommodating. Very clean & the place was set up ready for us to party the night away. Love your work guys would not hesitate to have my future functions there. Highly recommend."
