"I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was awoken at night due to the cold temperature in my room caused by air conditioning problem. When I called the reception at 7am for assistance, the receptionist who answered my call seemed uninterested in my problem and was quite dismissive."

Horrible customer service, after booking with Links Lodge and getting confirmation of our booking, Peter denied having a booking under our name when we called in the morning confirming our reservation. Peter was not helpful with identifying a solution and got up and left saying his shift is over leaving us confused and no where to stay for the night. Disgusting behaviour and no way to treat your guest."
