"I have been there many times to get my dog groomed. They do a great job"
"If I could put no stars I would. Dropped my dog off at 11am, told he’ll be ready at 12.30pm, get there 10 minutes early to be told they need another 30 minutes. Asked if he had even been washed yet and she said yes! So I said that’s fine I’ll just take him even if he’s wet.. truth then comes out that he hasn’t even been washed yet! He needed to be at the airport at 1.15pm! What a waste of time NOT HAPPY! And if you have big dogs (Like in my case an American bully) they are extremely uncomfortable and give you the impression they do not want to cater their services to you. Guess this is more a toy poodle salon!"
