Domino's Pizza Keilor East

"If I could press negative instead of one star, I would definitely do it! Very distressing experience. Ordered domino pizza through DoorDash tonight as my partner was craving for it, after I placed the order, tracked through DoorDash apps, was showing “restaurant preparing your order, estimated delivery time 1915hrs”, checked at 1915hrs estimated time delayed, called domino keilor east, was told he will call the driver and get back to me, waited for 20mins, didn’t get a call back, called the store again, was told been delivered left it on the ground, told them I have specifically put instruction on DoorDash to hand it to me. Was told to call DoorDash and cut off the phone. (I’ve called DoorDash, they can’t do anything as delivery was from domino) Called domino again and told him that was inappropriate to cut off the phone without giving a solution as we were starving. Been told nothing that he could do, wanted to lodge complaint and he said go ahead to online, has authorised not to reveal his name, told me “do not disturb me”. Very distressing and disgusting experience. Wasted my 70 dollars. Never go for this store"

"Ordered thru Domino's site for delivery as there was a deal on. Food came really fast and it was hot, honestly great for dominos."

Needs new owners and workers need to be put down, also food poisoning for two days after your chicken bbq pizza that looked like the chicken was tofu. Place needs to be shut down"

This is my new regular store after I ditched Essendon Domino's pizza store after its taste and customer service went horribly bad after management change. Domino's pizza store at Keillor East is the best around here. Keep up the good work people... Cheers..."

"My friend ordered pizzas for our dinner couple nights ago. I will never order dominoes or through Uber eats again. The meal took a very very long time. The app. Kept saying hope we enjoyed the meal and to rate! We had to call to find out where it was after we were told it had been delivered and that was well over an hour and a half after ordering. The quality of the pizzas were very very poor. Both had hardly any topping at all. Vegetarian had minimal tomato sauce couple pieces of onion and nothing green on it at all. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to photograph either because they were in the bin very quickly."
