"Waited over an hour for our breakfast only to be accused of lying when we mentioned we had not received all of our meals. We had to speak to several staff, one of which continuously told us to our face that we were lying. A nine year old Gluten Free child had to wait an hour and a half for two poached eggs, which they then served on bread. The rudness of the waitress was second to none. Thank you to the one waitress who was kind and helpful finally delivering our meals as the original waitress was still trying to tell us she had bought us all of our food. As a group of twenty spending several hundred dollars at this establishment, we come away bitterly disappointed."

"Tried to get into the Coogee bay on a Saturday, 3pm with work clothes and boots, security guard refused. All I wanted to do was watch a horse race. I'm in the pub every second day, spending money in the Tab, gaming and food. Spent thousands of dollars in the venue. Safe to say it will be the last time I ever enter. Rubbish security..."

"I am so glad I chose this hotel! The staff took great care of us. The room was absolutely mind blowing. We stayed in the bay rooms above the venue, restaurant and next to the bar. A word of warning: the bay rooms are noisy. Some of the reviews talk about a nice quiet room and that is most certainly in the other building. It didn't bother us at all, as a vibrant beach stay was what we came for, but be forewarned. :)"
