"I Paid $123.76 for the item to be delivered during the online process. (total cost $2,922,76) A week later I was contacted by Email (not the courtesy of a phone call) and told, that freight company couldn't deliver item please pick up yourself from a address on the other side of Brisbane, and bring ute or van. Tried to call GTmall, only get a reply of number is disconnected. I then Sent two follow-up emails, with no reply back. At an extra expense I have had to orgainse someone with a ute, to drive across the other side of Brisbane to pick up my item and deliver it. Overall I wouldn't use GTmall services again. Unhappy customer."

Main issues discovered after assembly and won't give a refund, even though a major fault. $400 on a product that won't even last a year, disgraceful! Would not recommend to anyone, buyer be ware, unless you want to waste your money"
