Padstow Park Hotel

"We visited the Padstow Hotel for the night while coming through Sydney. At first we weren’t sure where to go for accommodation. We were greeted by a STRIPPER in high heels and very revealing lingerie (pretty much just underwear and bra). We were passed around by several staff members until somebody finally helped us with accommodation. The accommodation itself was in a good location, right by the train station and several restaurants. Meanwhile the loud yelling of drunk men and women from downstairs as well as beside us in rooms, was quite loud, hard to sleep with such noise. As well as the reek of weed that was lingering. The showers were communal, and quite frankly i’m disappointed in the state of them. Towels left everywhere and people had left belongings everywhere as well. My partner was given an open shampoo container with barely anything in it. Very disappointed with our stay."

"Just had the best meal we have had in a long time - food out of this world - steaks cooked to perfection - juicy tender melt i your mouth - even vegetables amazing - so good we asked to see the chef - Andrea the chef is talented Very reasonably priced considering the service and great food"

"It's far from good, more like a ranky Dank bottles on WA than a pub in a Sydney. Service is great but the place is worse than Penrith for what's provided. Lucky to get a star if I'm honest"

"Had dinner here tonight and was blown away as per usual. Great food and friendly staff! We asked for some small alterations for our baby and the chef was happy to accomodate. Highly recommended!"

"Like stepping back in time. Front bar was reminiscent of years gone by when grand dad took me down the local for a lemon squash and a bet. Food was good and inexpensive. Service excellent. Beer range limited...no stout on tap or in bottles! Recommend as a friendly no frills old world pub...long may they remain!"
