"The worst domino I’ve ever seen, it takes two hours to cooking and they are not taking the phone call to explain or refund, and the website is useless as well, it’s not provide the channel to help the situation. Also in that store it’s not busy at all, which I don’t know why they are not picking up the phone call. And I don’t know how does Domino trained their staff or franchisee, as a famous pizza provider, your service was suck! The worst ever!"
"Absolutely the most incompetent dominos store. Every single order I have ever made has been stuffed up and management refuses to compensate me after multiple incorrect orders. Their staff NEED to be trained. You call to complain and are put on hold for minutes at a time. Ridiculous. The worst part is when I need delivery, they're my local store and I end up having to drive there because they put you on hold and don't pick up again."

"This place is a joke. Ordered online for delivery, tracked the progress on the app. I understand that it’s a busy store servicing a big population, so we were expecting a wait, that wasn’t the issue. The issue was getting an automated call telling us that our order was out for delivery. 30mins later, no update, the gps tracker on the delivery guy had not changed. Called the store… no answer. Called the 13 number to transfer to store, no answer. No idea where our order was, with no means of finding out. Decided to make my own way to the store to find out. By the time I get there, the pizza guy is at my apartment. Like I said, I get it’s a busy store, but maybe pick up the phone or actually give proper updates so people aren’t left hanging wondering where their order is"
