This invaluable experience allowed him to immerse himself in different culinary traditions and refine his craft.

In 2013, Luca took on the prestigious role of head pizza chef at Da Orazio, a renowned Bondi establishment. For five years, he delighted locals and visitors alike with his expertly crafted pizzas and mouthwatering Italian dishes. However, his insatiable drive for culinary excellence led him to new heights, and in March 2018, he assumed the position of head pizza chef at Matteo downtown.
