"Good location, staff friendly and room clean but but very dated and expensive. Very noisy next to the road. No restaurant or cafe to grab a coffee most places closed on Sunday. Not for kids good for business trips. Will stay in the city and catch a train next time."
"Staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. The room was ok, clean and well presented but the split system aircon would only blow hot air. The room was like a sauna. So we turned it off and spoke to reception the next morning. The staff member on the counter said they'd have it looked it. We came back that afternoon to a nice cool room. Went out for dinner and came back a few hours later and the room was a sauna again. Go back down to reception and they said the split system units are on a block so when one guest requests the temperature be turned up everyone else on the same block have to cook. Whats the point of having a split system with a remote to set the temperature if it does nothing?"
"Staff were very helpful and accommodating . Room had lots of space , though was very dated. TV kept freezing . Bed was suppose to be a king , but was 2 singles put together very poorly , big hump in the middle as well as bumps throughout the mattress. Very uncomfortable . Sofa bed even worse … no adult or child could sleep on it."
"I recently sold my house and had the need to find alternate accommodation until I purchased my new property. I decided to check in to the Quest Apartments at Sydney Olympic Park where the facilities and location are excellent. Upon my arrival for inquiry, I was met by a lovely manager named Allyson. She guided me through the apartments and help me make a selection to suit my needs. Originally, I was supposed to stay about six weeks until the settlement of a new purchase took place. Unfortunately, the settlement did not take place because of a complication with the body corporate . I became so comfortable in these apartments that I could see no reason to leave. The staff and management were so friendly and accommodating and made me feel at home. I called the Quest Apartments home for one year. I could not see myself ever leaving these apartments. They were clean and generous in size. All of the sporting facilities and concert venues were walking distance from where my apartment was. I would just watch the cars go by. I became good friends with every member of staff and they felt like family to me. They accommodated all of my needs and I felt safe and secure in my surroundings. I recently purchased a property, which I decided to move into, so I could accommodate my grandchildren when they came to visit. I was very apprehensive about leaving these apartments, but I had to make a decision that would suit my family. The day came for me to check out, and I was extremely sad because I was leaving a chapter in my life behind from most beautiful people I have ever met I cannot recommend them highly enough than what I am doing right now. Whenever the need arises for me to use a facility such as this, or my friends and family need accommodation , they will definitely be going to Quest Apartments at Sydney Olympic Park ."
"I should have read the reviews before staying here… please everyone read them they are so true.. rooms are dated… tv not working, shower flooded the bathroom as it hits the door and leaks out…. I had to pay $50 for mattress on the floor for my disabled son and no towels where left in the room… room was dirty with cigarette buts on the balcony. The room smelt of damp carpet.. absolutely gross… stay at the Pullman it’s cheaper and so much better. Plus closer to the arena… I would never come back here. I always book my team into the Pullman but unfortunately it wasn’t available this time around. But definitely will not stay here again. Oh and staff are so rude. Plus had to pay for disabled parking!! What a joke…"
