Chef Luca's upbringing in his father's Sardinian trattoria and his own experiences in Italy have influenced his approach to cooking. Each dish at Da Vinci's is meticulously prepared using a combination of local seasonal ingredients and demonstrated skills rarely seen outside of fine dining establishments.

Our menu is a celebration of regional Italian cuisine, with dishes that range from Ligurian handmade pesto with fettuccine to Southern Italian Ragu di Manzo with pappardelle. We also offer specialties like Abruzzese arrosticini lamb skewers, rarely found outside of Italy. Our woodfire oven is used to craft artisan pizzas, and our charcoal grill is fired up daily to create mouthwatering meat and fish dishes.

To cater to the growing demand for vegan options, we launched Flying Saucer Vegan Pizza (FSVP's) by Da Vinci's in 2019. Our goal is to offer the best vegan products separate from our non-vegan offerings, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience.
