"I recently ordered from CHATSWOOD Domino's Pizza, and it was a disappointing experience. The delivery took an excruciating 2 hours, which is far from acceptable. Waiting that long for a pizza delivery is frustrating, especially when you're hungry and looking forward to a quick meal. The prolonged wait overshadowed any enjoyment I could have had from the pizza itself. The taste and quality were decent, but the overall experience was marred by the excessively delayed delivery. I understand that busy times can impact delivery times, but 2 hours is simply unacceptable. It would be great if they could improve their delivery efficiency and ensure that customers receive their orders promptly. I hope CHATSWOOD Domino's Pizza takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing better service to their customers in the future. As for now, I am hesitant to order from them again given this disappointing experience."
"Pizzas came very burnt. Crusts were black and charred but the store kept insisting it’s bitter due to herbs I selected. Store staff finally believed me after I offered to send him the pictures I had taken. He told me he will replace the pizzas and will take 20min to receive them. I waited over 90min but they never came. I called the store numerously, but no one picked up the calls. The store closed after that so I am guessing they forgot it. I hadn’t ordered from Dominos for a while and now it’s coming back why I moved to their competitor. I’m furious right now being stuck with burnt cold pizzas."

"WORST DOMINOS EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread and had to wait over 1 hour. Normally I’m quite understanding but numerous orders went by before us in this time. When our order did come, it was incorrect as I ordered the Impossible BBQ Burger and was given an ordinary meat cheeseburger. After some deliberation they remade it without the tomato, onion, or BBQ sauce. To top it all off, staff were pushy, the kitchen was somewhat clean but untidy, and staff could be clearly seen wiping their noses with their fingers without washing their hands before touching food. Would absolutely not recommend."
