"DO NOT BRING ANY WILDLIFE HERE! These people put down a poor bird that wasn’t even severely hurt just because they weren’t bothered to treat it, claimed it had a “broken wing” it didn’t at all, it was just in shock, even if so there are people like me willing to take it in and try our best to help it and give it another chance but they weren’t bothered and decided it’s life wasn’t worth their time! They said they would call WIRES to come and look at the bird, I spoke to WIRES and they said that they received no such call from petstock Dural VET. Pet stock Dural is cruel. That poor bird deserved to live."
"Good range of product but a bit pricy. I usually shop there when I take my dog to see the vet to make their trip enjoyable. Mostly friendly and professional staff except for one male sales assistant with dyed hair, a bit snarky when there was an incident with my dog. All the nurses and receptionist from vet team are lovely. Sometimes they get busy but usually communicate well if delay happens so I’m okay with it."
