"35 minutes late for a business lunch delivery, no apologies whatsoever. Only think said when asked was they had one other order. 35 minutes late because they had two orders, can't imagine them coping with larger orders. What gets to me is my staff lunch gets shortened due to this delay. Think twice if you need a delivery. 22 May 2023 - I got a reply from Pizza Hut Dean - Community Manager providing me a phone number to call back and discuss. I called and it went to the pizza order line. The lady asked if I wanted to pick-up or delivered. When explained to her about the message I received from Pizza Hut, she asked me to hold and transferred me to Pizza Hut Roxburgh Park. That person had no idea of anything. Please don't provide a contact number if you are not interested in solving the issue. It is a waste of my time."
"Pizza is good, tasty and juicy. The only reason for lesser stars is that while eating, the cheese looks processed and is too smooth to look authentic. I somehow feel it is so processed, it is not good for gut. Anyways, it’s my personal decision. Please share your views."
