Our store not only offers a diverse selection of pet products, but we also have professional pet services conveniently located within our premises. Whether you need grooming, training, or veterinary care, our knowledgeable staff is here to assist you and make your pet ownership experience wonderful and easy.
We operate from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended hours on Thursdays until 7:00 PM. On Saturdays, we are open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Sundays, we open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Please note that our operating hours may vary during public holidays, so be sure to check our website or give us a call for any updates.
During the holiday season, we have special hours to accommodate your needs. On Christmas Eve (24/12/19) and New Year's Eve (31/12/19), we are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Christmas Day (25/12/19), Boxing Day (26/12/19), and New Year's Day (01/01/20), we are closed. On other days, our regular hours apply.
For your convenience, we have provided the operating hours of our grooming salon separately. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, our grooming salon is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Saturdays, we open at 8:30 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Please note that our grooming salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

"I’ll tell you why you should never ever go this place: 1- Customer service is 0; 2- If you are “Migrant”, you are highly likely to be subjected to discrimination; 3- If you’re on the queue and there are white “Australian” behind you to be served as well, these RACIST workers will tell you “please let us to serve you on the other cash register”, with a fake smile on their face just to pretend that they are friendly!!! But the reality is that they don’t care about you and your feelings and you have to wait for them to serve the “Australian” first; 4- You are mostly likely to be surprised by their HIDDEN POLICIES, which they could mention them when you buy something but they deliberately don’t, just because they do ANYTHING to not accept refund/exchange; and 5- These people have no morals, but to bring profit to the business. My advice: Don’t waste your time and money here and do your shopping at other retailers or marketplace. You will end up with much much better experience."
