"Your customer service needs to improve. Whichever lady picked up the phone on Friday July 28 @ 5pm turned away a customer pretty much. Answered the phone with "Hello?" Then I asked a question about booking a table and it felt less like I was a valued customer and more like I was an interruption. Then I heard her say "oh, he hung up". Except I hadn't hung up yet. But then I did hang up. To the business owner reading this review, you need to fix this issue. Losing customers just because of phone manner is ridiculous. If it happened to me it can happen to others. If it was just 1 thing that went wrong then that's maybe understandable. But it was 3 things in the space of a minute."
