"I am really disappointed by my last visit to Illusions. I went in for a full head of blonde foils. When the colour was done my hair was white platinum (not what I had asked for) the stylist tried to correct it but unfortunately it was not what I wanted. In that process my hair started breaking and the damage had been done. Secondly the owner lied about who would be my stylist. I booked in for one person and got somebody else. I later realised that the owner lied by saying they were sick when in fact they weren’t. Dishonest. Had he been honest I wouldn’t have cared. I don’t like writing bad reviews for small businesses but I feel the need to warn people. I walked out of the salon crying and paid $400 for something I did not want and my hair all damaged. Although I didn’t complain when I left. I feel so angry by my experience it was one thing to make a mistake on my hair but another thing to lie about who my stylist would be. Please beware enter at your own risk."
