"Got charged $75 for styling which was just soft waves, No wash just style. Hair dropped so much after an hour it didn’t even look like my hair was done at all. Extremely overpriced and not worth the service."

"I came for my apointment @12 and was sat 15min later and basicaly the lady kept reminding me how much it’ll be like I was being judge by my look that I couldn’t afford it. I get my hair done every two to three weeks at stocklands by hairhouse which I highly recommend or Clean Cut Hair & King Cuts hair which I recently went to and they are amazing and much welcoming then this place. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I don’t recommend."

"I was trying to make an appointment, I spoke with one of the staff there with short greyish hair. She was asking questions which was totally fine but she became really offensive as if she ddnt want to entertain me whatsoever, she started telling me that what I wanted would be a difficult job and when I asked for a quotation of how much it would cost she just pulled out a price that’s according to her liking as if she just thought about it and said the price just so I can just leave because she just simply ddnt want to do the treatment I want. She just thinks I can’t afford the price and just wants me to leave and make no appointment with them. It’s just disappointing as a first time customer there, I was treated horribly and the girl had attitude. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone I know. The customer service was really bad and they don’t deserve such high rating to be honest."
