"Excellent service - Following a really tough week all I felt like was my guilty pleasure (a very specific) pizza order that only Pizza Hut can do, it was misheard on the phone (very easy to happen) and when picked up and brought home we realised my specific pizza was not how I had ordered. After a tough week with a newborn and toddler at home and feeling exhausted I was disappointed, I called them up to request the pizza to be replaced (and expected that I would have to go back and pick it up as they don’t have drivers) - I REALLY wanted this pizza! Anyway the (I presume) owner jumped on the phone and offered to replace it and drive it over himself as they are yet to have delivery drivers. I was blown away and beyond grateful! Now THAT is customer service! I must also say that the young lady taking the orders was absolutely lovely and had a very professional manner about her for such a young lady. Very impressed. And omg when the pizza was dropped off it was ridiculously fresh and exactly what I needed. Thank you!!! 5 stars all around!"
