To ensure the highest quality, our pizza dough, known as "Il nostro impasto," is naturally risen for 48 hours. Handmade by our skilled Pizzaiulo Capo, it undergoes a traditional Neapolitan cooking process in our imported 'Wood Fired Brick Pizza Oven' from Naples. This oven, crafted by the Acunto family, has been the choice of pizza masters since 1892, guaranteeing an authentic and mouthwatering pizza experience like no other.

"If you want to eat Italian food, you no need to fly to Italy. Here is the place! Pizza is seriously good, pasta is homemade that was delicious"
"We dined here on a Friday night for a casual dinner with the family. Really impressive set up with the wood fire pizza ovens as well as one of the biggest electric ovens I have seen. Staff explained they previously were baking a lot more bread and pastries. Pizzas were Roman style and perfectly cooked. Great dough - thin, light, puffy and crisp. Toppings were great quality and generous. Maybe a little too much cheese on the white base pizzas but still delicious. Kids loved the mortadella pizza and our favourite was the cacio e pepe pizza, just like the taste of the traditional pasta dish on a pizza. Staff were friendly and Minor improvement would be to bring the sides at the same time as pizzas. Will definitely come again to try more."
"I think this is def one of the better Italian restaurants I’ve been in Balmain! It has a really nice summery feel to it and very big and spacious restaurant with plenty of outside seating. The food itself is nice and tasty. My least favourite dish would be the mortadella. But rate everything else. We ordered burrata and mortadella as a starter and pizza and seafood risotto. Both very tasty and dessert was delicious!"
"Visiting from Italy, tried the pizza and it was really good. All ingredients were Italian with a good quality. The tiramisù was also very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However the prices I think were a but too high for what it is but maybe it’s normal in Sydney haha!"
"Beautiful little Italian pizzeria located in the quiet part of Balmain. Authentic food and wine served in a peaceful atmosphere. The pizzas are thin based and very healthy. The gnocchi are home made and just melt in your mouth! The only downside (if I had to choose one) is they do not allow BYO. If you are having wine with friends order a bottle as it can be quite expensive per glass."
