"Ordered a number of pizzas from this place and one was a custom buffalo mozzarella pizza and this was the garbage we received. I called the store and complained. They offered a replacement pizza but we didn’t want one as we had already sat down for my sons birthday dinner and asked for a refund. They said it would take 2 weeks but after 2 weeks still nothing. Crust pizzas are terrible. First and last time I order from them. Contacted the crust customer service and they said nothing they can do as it’s a franchise. Great brand management. I’m surprised with pizzas like this they are still open for business. Plenty of others places around the area. Don’t waste your money at crust."
