"Tonight, I had the worst experience at this pet store. Arriving precisely at 6.00pm closing time, I was greeted with a locked door, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful staff with crossed arms taking pleasure advising me the store was shut and unwilling to show any flexibility. I desperately needed dog food and was about to spend in excess of $160 for this specific brand which I will now purchase elsewhere. As a regular Petbarn customer at this store I have always been disappointed with the lack of service from these amateurs but always let it slide, however tonight’s debacle was their last chance. I will never shop at this pet store again and would advise others to avoid it at all costs."
