Pizza Hut Parramatta

"A massive thank you and shout out to Vijay and the crew at Parramatta Pizza Hut. I was helping the school organise 100+ personal pan pizzas for the students for their lunch during a performance 'outing'. Vijay was very helpful from the get go, willing to work with me to understand our needs, and to provide a solution that worked for us and the business. He was also more than accommodating throughout the entire process and kept in communication with me. He went over and above, and I am truly grateful. Pizzas were delivered on time and without a hitch, despite us having to change delivery location on the day. Thank you!!"

"I have very bad experience, the girl was there she is very rude to the customers. She don’t know about orders properly and she is saying to customers, you guys to check online for orders etc."

"Appalling that the owners of the business sent out a delivery driver 30 mins after scheduled time in a car not road worthy. The poor delivery driver had a car that had the entire rear hanging off and the boot up in the air as it wouldn't close It smelt like an ashtray and was so filthy. I'd never use them again for this reason alone. Unsafe car for the driver and the car would be taken off the road if police saw it. You don't want your pizzas being delivered in this."

"I have ordered thin and crispy pizza with extra addition . The pizza was soggy not crispy at all. Also they charged me for extra topping but there was no toppings. The worst pizza I ever have. All of my money wastage . Don't ever try here."

"Don't bother with the wings... So dry. There is barely any sauce, and they have me one set of wings that has no sauce at all (I ordered the Korean BBQ flavour but got PLAIN)."
