"Ordered at5 5pm for 6.30pm pick up. Arrived to pick up, but they started making my products at 6.35pm. Pizza sizes were much smaller than other pizza outlets."

"Food was cold and disgusting….. will not eat here again! I’ve had enough of this store! The store is always dirty when you go to pick up or cold when delivered and no toppings! Our garlic bread was over cooked and the bread went hard as a rock…. Our garlic cheese bread was burnt…. Really burnt!"

"Filled my vegan pizza with ham and pepperoni all because I ordered it without onions. Waited 2 hours for it and now it was for nothing. Obviously I can't eat it and they did it on purpose. That was the last of my money and I only got it because I'm in too much pain to make something. Guess I'm out $45 and won't be eating today. Thanks Domino's. I'll never again order from you. Thanks for reducing the vegan options even more. I'm devastated. My friend called because I couldn't stop crying and they lied about having told me there was no vegan meat. They said I said that was fine. Why would I say that? I haven't eaten meat in 7 years! They said they'd send a vegetable pizza but never showed up. Ordering from this dominos was the worst mistake of my life and I'm not going to let them get away with this. I don't even have more money to order something else."

"Cold pizzas and dried up cheese because it wasn’t hot on arrival, after waiting for so long, and called the shop 3x times to know where our delivery was because the app said was “delivered” but we hadn’t received our order yet, we spoke to the manager who apologised and said couldn’t do anything and “app doesn’t work and the app doesn’t know how many orders the driver needs to deliver”. We asked the manager if we could get our order for free for the inconvenience and the driver called the manager to confirm and driver stated to us, “if I was 10 minutes late, manager said it’d be for free” despite being 45 minutes late and 3x phone calls later…and my husband just gave him the cash but I was frustrated and disgusted by their service and for not taking accountability. The driver later stated “I’m the only driver” and we told the driver then your shop should do something about that issue. Would not recommend getting Dominos Mount Pritchard ever again!!"
