She has a lovely studio In Castlebar and is professional in every session. first recommended to me by a doctor in mayo general during a traumatic pregnancy which was a surprise to have an alternative therapy recommendation from a doctor, however I can absolutely see why it was recommended and can reaffirm the benefits it has had on my pregnancy second time around. I tried bwrt and hypnosis which worked really well even one session I have recordings to listen back to at home after and I found this very useful tool. I also attended the group pregnancy yoga classes which was very nice evening setting and first time I ever tried yoga.
