"Brought in my A6 in with an electrical issue, they charged me for a diagnosis. "MMI unit gone" They gave me a date to come back in. I arrived on the date but they had no record of my booking. They then made another booking for me and took €1000+ deposit for a new MMI unit. Total cost was to be 3000.They took the car on the planned date this time but could not sort it, "more parts needed" They left me waiting with no date and they never called me. It went over 30 days. I called and they gave me my money back.I got the car looked at by a local electrical guy who fixed the car in an evening. It turns out that it was not the MMI. It was the multimedia controler shutting down the MMI. These people messed me around. They didn't know how to fix my car."
"Absolutely delighted with the amazing & flawless service from these guys. Dealt with salesman Graham for the 2nd time and again just a great guy. Knows his stuff but never pushy. What an amazing variety of vehicles , fabulous showrooms and great coffee. From the lovely ladies on reception, the lads in the service department it was a lovely experience changing my vehicle . "Had an issue with my car, the Service Manager John has no clue how to treat Customers, still awaiting a plan for fixing my car 2 months later after multiple visits. This used to be a good Service Dept, but it’s seriously deteriorated. Will be going elsewhere."
