"Worst experience ever. I have brought an xc90 for repair, (strange noise while driving). According to them the problem was the turbo pipe. Gave the car back and it made even more noise. Was also charged €860. Not a clue what they are doing."
"I am not satisfied. We have been using the services of this Volvo service for several years, there has always been something wrong, but today it was just overkill. The visit was scheduled for 9:30 to replace the lock on the door, the car only entered the workshop at 12:20 PM !! At 2:20 p.m. they gave the car back washed without replacing the lock with a note that the lock is to be replaced (we had an apointment to remove the lock) when we asked why the lock is still not replaced, she replied that she needed 3 more hours for it, we paid 107.83 euro for washing the car and information about the exchange. It turns out that this service requires 8 hours to replace one lock on the door and a double fee !!!"
