"Took me nearly 3 days of ringing their head office to put me in contact with the galway branch before I managed to speak to someone. Finally got my car booked in for a full valet (140e) My car was in there for approx 6-7 hours. When I arrived to collect my car , it seemed as if it wasn't ready to collect the person said that the seats were still wet to leave the car running at home for an hour. The centre compartment and passenger and driver door compartments were still absolutely filthy as they must have forgot to do them. There was water stains on the back windows and alloys dirty from rust and wasn't washed down. Will not be booking ever again. For 140e you expect a great job , not a rushed one. Wpuld have got the same quality finish if I brought my car to a car wash and hoovered and cleaned it myself ."
