"My test took a little longer than expected. The waiting room was warm. The tv was on. Sodas only in vending machine. Snack vending was out of order. No tea or coffee facilities. I didnt know where the loo was. I had no signal and viewing window was obscured by a blind. Just an oversite im sure as centre had just opened. Some improvements needed such as signage explaining where toilets are. Display estimated test times to newcomers. My van passed and the delay was explained. Staff and management were courteous."
