"Family doctor for over 15 years. Then out of the blue I was told I am no longer a patient even though my last appointment/visit was within the previous 3 months. I asked to speak with the doctor to find out why and was told "no" and that I need to "find another GP". Really poor service! I'm shocked at how they treated me as a long time patient, very unprofessional. Would not recommend."

"I have been attending Doctor Moodley for well over ten years now and used to travel from Dublin to see her as she really is the best GP I have ever come across. During that time I have had a number of health issues that required further hospital treatment. Her diagnosis has been spot on each and every time. She takes the time to go through everything in detail - not just how you physically feel but also how your health issues are impacting your emotional health. So many people I know have spent months or even years trying to get a correct diagnosis with their GPs and have only managed to do so when they first went to see Dr Moodley. Her reputation proceeds her for a reason. I see some negative reviews that are simply based on having to wait for an appointment- you may need to wait a while for non-emergency appointments but this is simply because of the demand that is there from patients for her excellent services. As for the ladies in reception I have always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful especially Gillian. I would highly recommend this practice without hesitation."

"Lovely doctor, one receptionist comes across very rude which is hard because calling a surgery I feel unwell or at my most vulnerable. Other receptionists are fantastic and caring. Update:After my review above I received a text telling me "I suggest you look for another GP as you will no longer avail of our services in harbour row regards" Implying the review in relation to how I was left feeling was a lie? Saying my call was in relation to someone else, no my phone call was in relation to myself and another, I also not well which I made clear. The phone call was recorded, possibly listening to it would be advised. I asked to speak to my doctor and was simply told "No""
