"I leave the one star for the professional receptionist on the phone. She is very polite. The dentist refused to arrange an emergency appointment for me because they need to deal with their cancellations as a priority and leave me in pain. So if you are going for emergency, I don't recommend this dentist."
"I had an emergency extraction yesterday. Dentist was extremely professional and thorough. She spoke to me all through the procedure and reassured me. I have to admit I never felt a thing. Today I can safely say I have made a great recovery with NO effects. I would recommend this surgery to anybody without any hesitation. Thank you again Rosemary and her fantasied assistant Ann Marie"
