"I joined ROM 3 months ago and did the 12 week program with Carley. Her attention to detail was unbelievable. I explained I had an injury I was worried about and she made sure to cater the workouts for me and always provided alternative exercises. She provided me with a nutrition plan with numerous recipes that are so easy to make and delicious. The facilities are top of the range. You won't find anywhere better around Ireland. I would recommend anyone to ROM and definitely get in contact with Carley she knows what she talking about and will always be in constant contact to make sure you are achieving your goals and to help you in anyway she can."

"Without a doubt best gym I’ve ever been in. Amazing selection of BRAND NEW equipment. Really like the chalk stands dotted around the gym too (not many commercial gyms have this). Staff are very friendly. The place has a really good flow to it aswel, I go Monday to Friday in the evenings and never find it busy or am waiting for a equipment. Good job guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
